Job Purpose:

The Team Leader / Assistant Manager – Payroll (Onboarding) to manage onboarding of new client with or without support of Project team, as per the TMF group norms and ensures that client has been migrated properly to operation team once the onboarding activity is completed and all SOP’s are signed off.

The person will accomplish this through a respectful, constructive, and energetic style, guided by the objectives of TMF Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs the onboarding activity medium complexity, including payroll setup, implement of client specific and generic reports (monthly/ad-hoc), required parallel runs and preparation of all SOP and proper migration to operation team. This may include training and knowledge transfer to payroll operation team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Assists in the startup and manage the payroll administration for new clients
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Handling Team of 3-4 members

Key Requirements:

  • Educated to tertiary level in Business, HR or Accounting disciplines will be an advantage.
  • 5-8 years relevant experience along with 2-3 years of team handling experience
  • Working knowledge and experience of the Local Labor Ordinances, payroll administration and pension regulations.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English
  • Good knowledge of Excel
