Finance Manager

This is a great new position for an experienced Finance Manager to join a growing hospitality company, based in the City of London. This role will manage and lead the accounting team in meeting company and client objectives, to ensure that accounts activities are carried out in accordance with company administration and financial systems.

My client is a growing hospitality company, specialising in providing catering for people at work. This role will be based with their biggest account bringing in around 4.5million revenue.

Description

As the Finance Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing annual budget including: operating, capital and cash budgets, wage and benefit packages.
• Providing directors and clients with information and support in budget development
• Set KPI and objectives for accounts team
• Liaising with management to plan and implement financial performance improvements ]#
• Perform financial analysis and variance analysis
• Comparing actuals to budget and forecasts
• Implementing corrective measures to realign with budget
• Performing cashflow forecasting
• Preparing and presenting annual and operating budget
• Provide ad hoc compliance support

Profile

The successful Finance Manager will have:

• Experience in management accounts and financial analysis
• Experience in hospitality/retail beneficial
• Strong excel experience
• studying or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA beneficial
• Immediately Available

Job Offer

• £40,000 base salary #
