Description
Accounts Assistant - Farnborough
- Processing Supplier Invoices:
- Sending invoices for approval via ELO
- Entering onto SAP B1/Mari once approved
- Processing Customer Invoices
- Bank Reconciliations (Sites and HO)
- Processing Expenses
- Processing Payments on HSBC & SAP B1 and sending remittances
- Credit Control:
- Sending Statements
- Calling customers for payment
- Intercompany Reconciliations
- Completing Government Requirements
- CIS
- ECITB Levy
Profile
A successful candidate will be available on short notice & have experience with the above
Job Offer
Salary £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm 3 days office 2 days at home (smart working)
24 days holiday
8.5% Bonus Scheme.
