The Architects Registration Board of Victoria (ARBV) is a self-funding statutory authority which has as its primary responsibilities the registration of architects and approval of architectural companies/partnerships, the regulation of the professional conduct of architects (including complaints) and the regulation of prescribed terms linked to the practise of architecture.
Reporting to the ARBV CEO, the ARBV Manager Finance, Risk and Corporate Services (CFO) is responsible for the management and delivery of ARBV corporate services functions across the areas of finance, risk, IT, and facilities management.
The role is responsible for the full spectrum of financial and risk controls and management, financial and management reporting, annual business planning and budgeting process, Audit and Risk Committee obligations and IT and facilities management.
The role ensures that the ARBV is compliant with statutory and financial management requirements and obligations. The role is also responsible for organisational risk management, and for ensuring that the ARBV complies with statutory and Victorian government requirements in these areas.
The incumbent will be tertiary qualified and either a CPA or CA with the ability to draw on diverse corporate services knowledge and experience.
The role may also be responsible for the delivery of projects across ARBV's operations.
