Duties will include:
- Book-Keeping and preparation of VAT Returns.
- Completion of payrolls.
- Company secretarial work.
- Preparation of year-end Corporate and Sole trader/Partnership accounts.
- Preparation of Tax computations and Self-Assessment Tax Returns and other compliance work (both corporate and personal).
- Required correspondence with clients, HMRC etc.
- Assisting Partner/Manager with ad-hoc assignments - tax investigations, business plans/cash flow forecasts etc.
