Duties include:
- Manage a mixed portfolio of customers
- Chasing outstanding payment by telephone, email and letter
- Allocation of remittances
- Chase customers for outstanding remittances.
- Reconciliation of customer accounts and reports
- Follow up customer disputes and handle disputed accounts
- Processing of customer return and credit notes
- Ad-hoc job-related tasks as reasonably assigned by your line manager
