Head of Finance (Pharma)

Our client is a global MNC in the Pharma industry who is currently looking for someone who is passionate to drive changes and to grow and transform with the business.

Description

• Strong hands-on experience in all aspects of finance
• Leading a team of at least 10 staff
• Managing the full spectrum of a manufacturing accounts
• Manage entire company's P&L and budget process
• Monitor and manage on the costing, variances, cash flow and forecasting requirements of the plant
• Design and implement internal control processes
• Transforming systems from old to new ERP system
• Overseeing transfer pricing, intercompany transactions, IFRS, and any other legal requirements
• Ability to drive transformation and change to the business and to deep dive into analysis and overall business aspects
• Any additional ad-hoc task as and when required

Profile

• Must be MIA qualified
• Minimum 10 years working experience in a manufacturing environment or pharma divisions
• Manufacturing experience is preferred
• Strong leadership and ability to drive business decisions
• Good communication and ability to manage resistance, conflicts and with empathy
• Strong business partnering experience
