As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.

Job purpose:

Currently we are expanding our RDC HR and payroll team in Poland and we are looking after professionals who will be supporting our French HRP services delivery from our office in Katowice. The HRP specialist will be required to support the French Department from the hub located in Katowice. She/he will assist with the processing of HR admin and payroll-related work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting our French HR&Payroll team in HR and Payroll related tasks
  • Understand and manage our internal payroll group program (Horizon) to act as a team champion to respond to the operational teams’ technical questions and Clients’ queries
  • Coordinate the follow up of Group Clients between TMF Group Client Services and the French payroll operational team to improve the quality of the service and help address Clients queries
  • Follow up the different actions the operational teams need to take to improve the quality of the processes and daily work
  • Draft and follow up the documents to request approval of out of scope services by Clients
  • Assistance in the invoicing process
  • Assist in the enactment of compliance measures according to the ISAE norms and actively participate in yearly audits
  • Contribute to the maintenance of our Clients’ specific requirements and contribute to their enactment together with the French payroll team (ex: Clients’ specific KPIs, invoicing …)

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience with HR or payroll will be required
  • Knowledge of English (B2)
  • Basic knowledge of French (B1)
  • Expertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Responsible and organized
  • Good communication skills - Communicates information in a clear and concise manner
  • Multitasking whilst keeping TMF colleagues aware of the ongoing status of requests
