Finance Team Lead (production cost)

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of leadership experience on the similar position

Customer orientation and experience in maintaining relationships with the client

Experience in F&A area (preferable BPO or SSC)

Very good English skills

Good understanding of cost accounting/ managerial accounting rules

Knowledge of Financial Accounting and reporting (US GAAP would be an asset), including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet

Studies in controlling/ managerial accounting/CIMA studies would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

Managing the performance of the team, ensuring that the service levels are met

Monitoring risk of service provided and ensuring implementation of mitigation measures

Coaching, mentoring and developing team members in the area of cost accounting

Providing operational support to team members

Handling client communication and escalations
