Your new role

  • Provide support in financial reporting, tax and regulatory returns (FRR)
  • Handle capital call, distribution, management fee, bank transactions and ad-hoc tasks
  • Fund portfolio updates, cash management and compliance matters
  • Liaise with auditors, relationship managers and office managers
  • Work with Management for regular review and enhancement of accounting work flow

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in handling PE/Venture Capital Fund
  • Experience working in SFC licensed corporations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Independent with strong analytical, communication, and computer skills
  • Fluent English and Cantonese
