Role Profile
This role is aligned to the Cloud Migration Programme of the Post Trade function of the London Clearing House (LCH), part of the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG).

The role will support the Change function and work with key internal stakeholders including Technology, PMO, Operations, Risk, Product, Legal and Compliance.

The Cloud Migration Programme is a key strategic objective with programme budget exceeding ₠20m annually. The successful applicant will work with Technology stakeholders to track requirements and timescales whilst also providing oversight of key project pillars Cost, Quality and Time.

LCH operates in a highly regulated environment; attention to detail is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
Provide BA support to business projects and underlying IT systems as defined in the LCH Post Trade portfolio of projects
Manage and co-ordinate business analyst efforts and work on delivery in alignment with project objectives
Delivery of key artefacts (Operational Risk Assessments, Operating Model Reviews) to review and complete assurance activities in support of Application Owners that are producing Application-aligned artefacts
Engagement with first and second line Risk functions to review and complete Assurance activities and provide support for Internal Governance reviews
Production of standardized and consistent programme artefacts in adherence with the LSEG Change Framework and governance processes
Support the Regulatory Engagement Manager to provide support for governance processes
Day to day management and coordination of respective project and programme management activities

Candidate Profile / Key Skills
Essential
Attention to detail with follow through to ensure that requirements and procedures are captured, tracked, and recorded effectively
Proven ability to operate effectively with other functions and external teams; the role-holder will be seen as a partner in the overall function whose opinions and knowledge is respected
The methodical investigation, analysis, review and documentation of all or part of a business in terms of business functions and processes, the information used and the data on which the information is based.
The planning, design, management, execution and reporting of business process tests and usability evaluations
Has an understanding of projects cost forecasting and tracking
Clear and concise communication
Diligent and clear in all reporting both internally and externally
Structured Governance and Control implementation
Change coordination/implementation
Demonstrable Delivery expertise
Workshop coordination and training
Proficiency with a number of industry tools (SharePoint, Clarity, JIRA)
Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Project and PowerPoint

Desirable
Has worked in a similar role in a Clearing House (Equities) or an investment bank and can demonstrate a working knowledge of similar processes used there relating to Business processes, Requirements definitions, Governance adherence tracking and control
Product knowledge covering risk characteristics and operational workflow of Equities, CFDs, Warrants etc.
Keen to understand technology and data flows.
Can demonstrate experience of problem solving in a similar working environment
Can influence co-workers to respond in a timely manner
Cultural Awareness - Offshore, Europe.
Knowledge and experience using Stage Gates within project delivery.
