We're currently recruiting for a Finance Business Readiness Analyst to join the Business Readiness Team within our Finance Change Planning & Delivery Team to support the continued development and integration of the Life Finance Business Readiness (BR) Framework across all projects impacting Life Finance. Role will ensure compliance with the Framework by all projects impacting Finance whilst continuing to develop and enhance the Framework so that it remains fit for purpose and addresses any emerging risks, this will help to ensure that Change lands safely within the Finance business teams and that Business Readiness processes are operated effectively throughout the project life cycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce Business Readiness updates / packs for BR Governance Forums - review and challenge inputs from projects to ensure they are accurate
- Provide coaching and support for new BR leads / new projects - explaining the Framework and BR requirements for Finance
- Ensure relevant Life Finance BR framework outputs are provided for Finance Leadership Team and other Governance forums
- Support development of BRAF materials as requirements evolve and new information is required eg. to address critical issues / areas of concern
- Maintenance and updates of Life Finance BR mandatory artefacts to ensure that they are 'best in class' and remain fit for purpose
- Perform audit of projects' BR artefacts in line with Assurance review requirements
- Update and control over Life Finance Process Taxonomy - ensuring timely updates made following appropriate Governance and changes communicated out to all projects impacting Finance.
