VP, Sourcing & Third Party Management (Up to 1.3M)

The prestigious and well-established investment bank based in Hong Kong require a hands-on VP, Sourcing & Third Party Management to join its global, dynamic business.

Your new role
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for

• Manage and lead the sourcing activities with China suppliers
• Support the Business Units in their Outsourcing review, in line with the Firm's China Guiding Principles on Outsourcing and cross boarder data transfer/storage
• Main point of contact for all China Outsourcing activities (both inter-affiliate and third party) across all BUs
• Provide support for various Sourcing activities required for the China businesses including documentation, evaluation/analysis phases, bidder reviews and interviews, negotiations, vendor management, etc.
• Liaise with senior internal stakeholders (Technology, Legal and Compliance, Finance, other BUs), as well as external vendors
• Liaise with in-house Legal and ensure contracts within the agreed project timelines

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you'll posse:

• 6-10 years' experience in third party risk, strategic sourcing contract negotiation, with a demonstrated ability to meet goals and deadlines
• Sound knowledge of the China regulations; general understanding of regulatory and tax requirements within China
• Effective communication to lead and influence a diverse group of businesses and people
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills in Mandarin and English (Mandarin is a must)
• Welcome candidate from commercial institution
