Robert Half Financial Services is looking for a self-driven Finance Manager within one of the world's top tier Financial Institutions.

The Role

The Finance Manager will be responsible for reviewing and supervising regulatory reporting for banking entities. Professionals in the Finance division have a strong analytical mindset, exhibit intellectual curiosity and are from diverse academic backgrounds.

• Provide timely, accurate and insightful analytical support in financial reporting across Asia region to facilitate business decisions
• Review banking returns to ensure they are in compliance with HKMA reporting requirements
• Support regulatory reporting automation and process improvements
• Engage in various cross-divisional / regional and ad-hoc projects

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Economics / Finance or relevant disciplines with professional qualifications
• At least 3 years of experience in Accounting and Finance or related fields
• Proficiency in use of computer systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a mindset of continuous improvement, aiming for excellence
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure, and is a self-starter, willing to take ownership and accountability
• Aptitude for working in a swiftly changing, dynamic environment
• Good teamwork, collaboration, and excellent communications skills
