Senior Officer Finance

Job Description:

• Recording of Daily Collections by Dealers (TT Recording) DPL URIL

• Coordination with banks on daily basis regarding collection Discrepancies for DPL URIL

• Exim Bank Shipment Declaration

• +30 Overdue Receivable Reporting to HQ

• Overdue invoices of dealer’s notification to Exim Bank

• Collection of overdue notified dealers to Exim Bank

• Checking and Processing of Sales Branches Monthly Operational Expenses

• Processing Dealers Claims of Full & Final Settlement

• Receiving of PO's in system of sales branches Fixed Asset additions

• Recording and Verification of Security Staff Invoices & Accruals DEL DPL URIL

• Branches Supervision of daily operations

• Recording of Rental Premises Invoices in System DEL DPL URIL

• Dealer Incentive verification

• Preparation of month end Open Receivable Balance Data for DEL DPL URIL

• Preparation of Accrual Movements of Utilities, Rental, Staff Incentive, Security Staff, Dealers incentive

• Assigning Credit Control Area for newly opened dealers in system

• To coordinate with Service Team on different matters like GRN, Dent & Damaged Cases on daily basis.

• Maintenance of Dealership Forms Master data - DEL DPL URIL

• Clearing Company Associate Accounts by recording Entries related to Sales DEL DPL URIL

• Verification of Pricing & Discounts in System

Experience: 2-3 Years, Preferably ACCA Qualified
