As a Senior Audit Manager in Technology, you'll be proactively engaging with other audits teams and establishing networks within the business and externally. You'll be leading meaningful business change through the delivery process and championing continuous improvements of our methodology and quality standards.

To succeed in this role, you'll need technology knowledge and experience. You'll also be an established manager with strong risk and internal audit experience preferably within the financial services industry.
You'll also demonstrate:
- We'll look to you to provide quality, efficient and effective assurance, influence business managers to improve controls, and contribute to strategic initiatives, specialising in Technology
- You'll be performing audit work on complex and large scale audits, such as audits of high or medium-high risk related audit universe entities
- Using your expert knowledge of auditing, you'll be able to advance your career in this critical leadership role
What you'll do
As a Senior Audit Manager in Technology, you'll be proactively engaging with other audits teams and establishing networks within the business and externally. You'll be leading meaningful business change through the delivery process and championing continuous improvements of our methodology and quality standards.
You'll also be:
- Supporting the design and execution of the Internal Audit methodology training programme
- Sharing the quality and consistency of audit work across the global audit teams
- Supporting and engaging with Internal Audit ExCo and global audit teams to make sure the required standards are understood and executed on a consistent basis
- Supporting and maintaining effective relationships with professional bodies and industry peers to set top quartile benchmarks and standards for the function
- Overseeing a portfolio of audit engagements, making sure they're delivered to budget and on time

To succeed in this role, you'll need technology knowledge and experience. You'll also be an established manager with strong risk and internal audit experience preferably within the financial services industry.
You'll also demonstrate:
- A proven competence to deliver projects on time and to budget
- The ability to actively identify and help develop talent
- A detailed knowledge of the regulatory environment we work in
- The ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships, and challenge and influence confidently and clearly
- An excellent understanding of risks and controls
