Missions

Within a team of 3 people:

• You are the billing contact person for a defined clients portfolio
• You work in compliance with procedures and optimize the invoicing process
• You update the company rates annually
• You collect the elements necessary for the invoicing
• You invoice different categories of customers: producers, preparers,...
• You make a regular follow-up of the payments
• You manage credit notes, payment plans and disputes for your customer portfolio
• You develop an efficient customer service (estimates, explanations, follow-up of the invoicing)
• You participate in the monitoring of indicators by collecting and presenting billing data
• You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of procedures
• You actively participate in department meetings

Profil du candidat

• You have a bachelor degree or a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position
• You are fluent in Dutch, spoken and written with a basic knowledge of French. Knowledge English is a plus.
• You are familiar with the Office suite and especially with the advanced functions in Excel (VLookup and Pivot Tables)
• You are recognized for your analytical skills and your ability to judge
• You like customer contact and you have a sense of service
• You respect the duty of confidentiality
• You respect the procedures in a spirit of continuous improvement
• You wish to contribute to the development of our company, engaged in a sector that makes sense
