Assistant Accounting Manager (Logistics)

Responsible for the Accountant Payable and Fixed Asset function which covers completeness and accuracy of expenses and account payable item records, monitoring of opened PO items and Account Payable aging balance. Will also be a team leader of 3-6 accountants.

Description

• Manage Fixed Asset transactions i.e., addition, transfer, disposal and others Fixed Asset processing, completeness of depreciation and other related account
• Manage account payable transactions i.e., supplier's invoices processing, payable recording, completeness of expense and payable transactions etc.
• Ensure adequate supporting documentation in SAP to support the Account Payable and Fixed Asset function
• In charge of process improvement implementation roll out including automation and standardization of Account Payable and Fixed Asset
• Ensure correctness of VAT and Withholding tax deducted record
• Journal entries of accrual expenses for month and year end closing and ensure adequate supporting documentation of the journal vouchers
• In charge of account payable team of 3-6 professionals
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Profile

• Bachelor degree in accounting
• At least 5 year's experience in accounting supervisor level (Experience in Big4 company will be advantage)
• Familiar with SAP program will be an advantage
• Proficient Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication in English
