Description

Collections Specialist responsibilities include:

• Collection of direct debit payments in line with company procedure.
• Make initial contact with customers when payments are returned, securing alternative payment and all collections activity to pre-legal stage.
• Making decisions with regards to the stopping of accounts.
• Re-evaluating accounts for release in line with the terms of our credit insurance policy.
• Dealing with customer complaints.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with sales teams.

Profile

The candidate will have:

• Experience of previously working within Collections - Desirable
• Strong telephone communication skills - Required
• Be KPI driven and comfortable working towards targets - Required
• Ability to work well alone or as part of a team - Desirable
• Excellent organisational and time management skills - Required

Job Offer
