Description

Reporting to the Finance Manager, we are looking for 1 immediately available Accountant to take charge of these responsibilities:

• Responsible for AR accounts, review aging, tax invoice issuance and commercial invoice reconciliation, follow up the clearance of AR etc. and work with credit management to monitoring the status of customers.
• Coordinate with AP process hub for request documents preparation and further payment arrangement.
• Responsible for tax reporting, VAT invoice validation and reconciliation, VAT refund, handle other necessary local tax issues.
• Responsible for expense claim check, make sure the compliance and internal control are in place.
• Archive accounting and financial records, vouches, contract etc. per local regulations and group policies.
• Fulfil the ad-hoc request in Accounting, Reporting, Tax related tasks from senior accountant.

Profile

Education

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

Technical & Professional Knowledge

• 5 years of directly related PRC accounting / finance / tax experiences
• Fluent in English both with oral and written
• With hands-on working experience of SAP system
• Good at Microsoft Excel, Word and MS PowerPoint

• Good communication skills across levels and geography
• Proactive, willing to learn and lean fast in new environment and meet challenge
• Willing to take ownership to achieve results
