Your field of responsibility

An outstanding opportunity to join us as a Senior IT Expert within our COO team, you will further develop your subject matter expertise in the technical infrastructure activities and services. You will develop and maintain the IT system roadmap for Internal Audit. This will include translating business requirements to design, build and implement enhancements to our key systems in collaboration with Group IT and other providers, and manage ongoing changes in an agile way. In doing so, you will create strong partnerships with key stakeholders across Internal Audit and Group IT.

Your skills and experience

As the successor of the current job holder, we seek to recruit a senior IT expert who has the following skills and experience:

• Proficiency level of database design skills, preferably for Microsoft SQL Server.
• Proficiency level of application programming skills, preferably for C#.
• Outstanding project management skills and experience of managing in an agile way.
• Analytical and problem solving skills and precision in delivery. Ability to manage work well under pressure
• Commitment to being inclusive and excel at collaborating in a global team and leave people happy and enthused.
• Results oriented, with a meticulous attention to detail and quality standard, and comfortable working on their own initiative.
