An opportunity has arisen for a VAT Associate to join our team of specialists and assist our specialised VAT team with the day-to-day VAT affairs for a varied portfolio of clients.
As a VAT Associate, you would be working within a team to:
-
support our clients to meet their compliance obligations; such as completing and submitting periodic VAT returns / declarations and calculating VAT payments;

provide VAT advice to a variety of clients; ranging from top-tier multinationals to medium and smaller sized enterprises operating in various industries including gaming, financial services, retail and manufacturing industries; &
-
prepare thought leadership articles and assist with giving in-house and external VAT training sessions.

The ideal candidate would:

have an interest in acquiring exposure to various disciplines and industries;

have strong fluency in English and hold strong interpersonal skills; &

be able to prioritise work and manage competing priorities.
Active enrollment or completed qualification in ACCA would be considered an asset.
While a coaching culture is adopted within PwC, training for this role will be provided (the selected candidate’s preferred learning method will be predominantly used).
