Job Description
Financial Analyst
As our Teams are growing
we are looking for aFinancial Analystto support the UK and EMEA regions across management and general accounting
financial analysis
reporting
forecasting and the conversion of data into management information.
What you'll be doing?
• Production of pre-defined (monthly
quarterly and annual) and ad hoc management information reports
ensuring work is completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Assembling
analysing and reporting financial information in response to requests from the wider finance function and the business
• Ensuring financial data is complete
accurate and all transactions are consistent with Experian's accounting policies and IFRS
• Ensuring correct allocation of costs
• Owning selected balance sheet accounts and provide reconciliations/analysis to them
• Provide review and analysis of headcount
• Provide regular reports to stakeholders and clearly articulate the drivers for variances to budget and forecast
• Produce accurate monthly cost forecasts and annual budget
Qualifications
What you'll bring?
• University degree in Finance
Accounting or other relevant business field
• + 2 years experience in financial analysis in a multi-national business environment
• Prior experience with general financial accounting/financial analysis in a multi-national business environment
• Good understanding of financial management information
• Ability to be proactive and work independently
with the skill to adapt and drive change where necessary
• Technical accounting skills and proficiency with Excel
• Knowledge of systems such as Oracle
Hyperion and OBIEE will be considered as advantage
• Very good level of verbal and written English
