Regional Audit Administrator

We are searching for an experienced Regional Audit Administrator

Overall job purpose

To support the resourcing needs of the audit department, including but not limited to the following areas:

  • Assisting the Exam Training Manager (ETM)
  • Assisting the Regional Audit Coordinator with staff planning and Retain management for the regional audit team
  • Being responsible for booking and coordinating attendance at internal training courses for regional audit staff

Responsibilities

ETM

  • Dealing with trainee queries as they arise and passing onto the relevant person if needed
  • Making sure all study dates match up to retain and that the training providers have the correct details required
  • Assist the ETM on exam results day 
  • Keeping exam trackers up to date at all times
  • Working on the Sharepoint site and logging step results and updating the ETM and Line Managers
  • Being part of the on boarding for the new intakes each year
  • Cover for the ETM when on leave 
  • Other ETM-related activities as required

Staff planning and Retain management

  • Together with the person who has Audit Retain Editor rights, be the first point of contact for all regional staffing issues and amend Retain accordingly in a timely manner 
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to the Regional Audit Coordinator with the day to day running of the region’s staff planner
  • Assist the Regional Audit Co-ordinator in challenging retain bookings and making sure they follow the National booking process
  • Involvement with the the bi-annual roll-forward exercises across the region and attend the roll forward meeting with the manager groups
  • Run monthly reports from retain and review with Regional Audit Coordinator 
  • Cover for the Regional Audit Coordinator when on leave

Internal Training Courses 

  • Take ownership of the Internal Training plans for all Regional offices and ensure mandatory and specialist courses are booked for RN level up to Partner
  • Monitor CBT completion and chase up any that are outstanding
  • Liaises with the AQC’s when needed ahead of booking in courses 

Regional Administrative support

  • Book and set up non-mandatory training and team meetings such as staff days etc
  • Keeping portfolio spreadsheet up to date at all times (with support of the AGM)
  • Other adhoc duties as agreed with the Regional Audit Coordinator
