Your field of responsibility

Work closely with the team on understanding, analysing, and enhancing the internal controls framework

Assist the team in various Audits, SOX compliance, Documentation, and providing information as requested

Understand Treasury P&L’s Funds transfer pricing allocations framework and performance measurement metrics, work with the team on:

  • Monthly actuals & forecasting processes
  • Explain drivers and under/over performance in actuals against forecast and plan
  • Trend analysis on various Treasury P&L items, rates, and volumes information

Review, reporting and communication there of.

An excellent opportunity to join the Global Treasury CFO team (spread across Pune, London, and Zurich) that governs Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) framework and provides various reporting and analytics on Treasury FTP and Treasury Performance measurement metrics to Group CFO, Group Treasurer, Senior Treasury Management, Group Finance and Business Division Finance heads.

The function works in a controlled environment, with strict adherence to control and escalation processes.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for:

  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience in BFSI
  • Prior experience in Risk & Controls or Audit domains in BFSI is essential
  • One who can balance the interest on both sides i.e., Risk Control framework and Reporting, by understanding purpose of the function
  • An analytical mind with proven interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Strong controls, accounting, and finance background, with ability to deep dive and back trace
  • Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Curious mind and quick learner with minimum supervision
  • Delivery focused and can-do attitude!
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives.
