What you will be responsible for

  • Build strong relationships with other First Line Risk, Compliance, Risk, Audit, Legal, and business colleagues
  • Design an effective and efficient strategy for the execution of policies impacting the First Line; includes FLOD Policy implementation activities including but not limited to: Controls and Testing, Process Improvement, Reporting, Oversight, Training, Talent Management
  • Prepare business for and assist with 2nd and 3rd Line reviews
  • Actively participate in committees and risk management projects as needed 
  • Recruit, retain and develop talent
  • Ensure self and team anticipates, monitors, actively manages and reports all risk and compliance issues, breaches and suspicious activities
  • Act in accordance with Risk Excellence and role model Ethical behavior and decision making as part of our Way Ahead foundation
  • Perform other duties as required
