Roles and responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of relevant presentations / discussion materials
- Conduct industry analysis and market research
- Conduct financial due diligence review and valuation analysis
- Execute and monitor progress of executed engagements
- Deal with and manage relationship with senior executives of client and professionals including bankers and lawyers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics or relevant discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant experience with a background in accounting, corporate finance and/or corporate strategy
- Possess strong accounting and financial analytical, modelling and business writing / presentation skills
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
