Description

Reporting to the Chairman you will be responsible for

  • leading the business and contract negotiations
  • leading the corporate finance and capital market transactions
  • heading the investor relations
  • sitting on the board of directors of the group
  • acting as the general manager of HK office including staff recruit
  • performing other adhoc tasks

Profile

Requirement:

  • A degree in Accounting/Finance/Business
  • Private Equity experience is a must
  • Minimum 10 to 15 years of working experience
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
