Job Role: Management Accountant
Rota : Monday - Friday - DAYS

Salary : £40,000 - £50,000You will be a proactive and enthusiastic individual, working within a busy and supportive Finance team. Providing financial support and guidance to stakeholders across the teams firm.
Main Responsibilities:
- Improve processes & financial controls
- Provide monthly analysis to budget holders
- Preparation and Analysis of month-end results
- Participation in the planning and execution of the annual statutory audit
- Support in the development of Group ERP system
- Manage formulation of budgets and forecasts in line with reporting cycle
- Provide support and assistance to the wider Finance team
- Assist in company-wide process improvement projects
- Company tax matters, including VAT
- Maintenance of HP and Fixed Asset Register
Skill and Experience
- A can-do attitude and real flexibility to change and adapt to the day to day requirements
- The ideal candidate would have experience in a multi-ledger organisation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate financial issues with non-finance professionals
- An enquiring mind and ability to think broadly around a problem
- Good planning and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to build relationships and rapport with stakeholders
- Good judgement and commercial awareness
- Strong IT skills including advanced in MS Excel
Education Requirements:
- Experience in producing insightful business analysisEQualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong experience in month-end accounts preparation, planning, budgeting & forecasting
