About the role

Are you analytical and enjoy digging deep into data? If so, this could be the role for you! We are recruiting an Operations Assurance Analyst on a 12 month secondment.

As an Operations Assurance Analyst, you'll ensure all changes to existing rating & charging configuration along with new deployments or billing impacting changes are delivered accurately and compliant with business and regulatory requirements from idea conception through to build delivery onto Virgin Media's billing platforms & VM Core network.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

• Good analytical skills - Be able to analyse, investigate & reconcile data including performing revenue and cost analysis
• Advanced Excel
• Good communicator - to provide clear and meaningful interpretation of analysis conducted.
• Good innovator - deliver original/lateral thinking that enables value added analysis of revenue and cost leakage.

• Ability to operate and communicate with all levels of the business (internal and external) in a professional manner.
• Able to accept challenge and collaborate in change.
• Able to give clear concise communication to all at the appropriate time.
• Identify continuous improvements across work streams.
