Our client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking Program Business Analyst to join their team
Key Responsibilities: Defining and embedding a disciplined delivery approach and a service design approach, tools and methodologies Educating and growing capability in a service design approach and ways of working Redesigning services that are delivered to schools and corporate colleagues Supporting the implementation of recommendations or outputs from service redesigns so that improvements can be realised for the business. Selection Criteria: Delivering major business solutions (including application testing and implementation) Proven experience gathering high quality requirements and working closely with project teams and vendors to ensure successful solution design and project delivery Proven track record in decision making based on knowledge, professional judgement, research and analysis, in a complex and changing environment Proven ability in developing detailed business and technical documentation, project briefs, requirements traceability, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, task and workflow analysis, and user journeys A thorough understanding of business analysis and a variety of methods that can be used to effectively improve business processes and contribute to best practice frameworks Strong experience in embedding change and working closely with non-technical stakeholders to ensure high levels of adoption Experience in the developing and updating of reports and dashboards using business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power Bi, Tableau and/or other products. Identifying opportunities to improve processes using historic and real time data to support your findings Leading the identification and definition of business needs and problems and assess and investigating solution options. Determining and developing user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability through user stories and agile methodology On offer is a 8 month contract at a highly sought after NSW Government organisation, with a highly competitive daily rate.
