What you'll do
As a Senior Auditor - Data Analytics, you'll be using data science and advanced analytics to develop audit solutions that provide insight to the audit team and their key business stakeholders. You'll be working closely with audit stakeholders to define detailed audit questions, problems or opportunities which can be supported through data science and advanced analytics and working with our team to automate these solutions, where possible.

The skills you'll need
We're looking for someone with a passion for data science, who is looking to deploy audit solutions in a cloud environment. To support your delivery, you'll have a strong understanding of key tooling and relevant coding languages
You'll need internal audit experience or experience in risk management, strong analytical and problem solving abilities, and the ability to assess and prioritise data effectively.
You'll also need:

- You'll be consulting with our audit stakeholders to understand their needs and identify suitable data analytics solutions to meet these needs
- You'll be deploying data science models to provide insights to the audit team and key business stakeholders and you'll bring this advanced analytics to life through visualisation in a meaningful way for key stakeholders, giving you excellent recognition for your work
What you'll do
As a Senior Auditor - Data Analytics, you'll be using data science and advanced analytics to develop audit solutions that provide insight to the audit team and their key business stakeholders. You'll be working closely with audit stakeholders to define detailed audit questions, problems or opportunities which can be supported through data science and advanced analytics and working with our team to automate these solutions, where possible.
As well as this, you'll be;
- Working in an Agile way within multi-disciplinary audit teams, coordinating with colleagues across data analytics and audit teams and the business to achieve agreed audit outcomes
- Using new tools, technologies and methodologies to carry out data science and advanced analytics in a cloud environment
- Simplify data into clear visualisations and provide compelling insight to audit and business stakeholders
- Deliver elements of a regular or complex engagement for audit management
- Contribute to assurance planning and undertake effective process mining
- Occasionally lead engagements, driving the delivery of efficient and effective assurance
- Manage your own workload to ensure quality delivery on time within scope and within resource budget
