- Coordinating regulatory capital stress testing exercises, including the Bank of England Annual Cyclical Scenario (ACS), the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) and input to other stress testing exercises as required.
- Producing detailed plans and timetables working with stakeholders to agree deliverables and deadlines, monitoring of progress against the plan and management of risks and issues.
- Running working group and steering forum meetings for the Stress Testing.
- Resolving stakeholder issues and improving the level of service across their area.
- Driving continuous improvement in planning processes & systems working with stakeholders to bring alignment across planning and stress testing.
- Liaising with regulators to resolve queries
- Experience of project management
- Excellent communicator who can develop effective working relationships within the team and across functions
- Experience of working within Financial Services
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and presenting information for Director level audience.
- Strong understanding of the principles of good governance, policy, process management and control
- Deadline and delivery focussed with the ability to work in a poised and controlled manner under pressure delivering accurate information often to very tight timescales
