Here is what we expect from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, law, or similar field
  • 4+ years of work experience in tax, finance, law, or project management; previous experience in audit will be considered as an advantage
  • Ability to build strong relationships and solve issues with a client service-oriented mindset, as well as ability to identify and sell-business solutions that help our clients become more successful
  • Effective team work to plan, manage and execute projects, within a risk-based environment efficiently and effectively

  • Excellent command of Latvian and English – both in speaking and writing;

Your future role

As a Senior Consultant / Assistant manager you will be part of our team of professionals and experts who help our clients with complex tax and finance issues, being focused on providing practical advice in the areas, such as M&A advisory, business restructuring and due diligence assistance to top Latvian entrepreneurs and multinational companies.

As a senior team member you will both support your leaders in direct client service and supervise junior team members, providing necessary support and advice.

Your daily work will require you to think on your feet, sharpen your technical skills and use your analytical mindset to ensure project management, identify risks, propose solutions and help with their implementation. Some of your main tasks will include project management, preparation of reports and presentations for clients, supervision of junior team members.

What we offer

We offer compensation starting from 2600 from EUR per month before taxes. The salary offer will be determined based on the assessment of the candidate's competencies, experience, and skills in accordance with the job requirements.
