Reporting to an Assistant Vice President, the Officer is responsible for managing overall service delivery to clients providing technical operational expertise coupled with effective relationship management. The Officer is also responsible for team development, staff management and enhancing client satisfaction.
This position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to demonstrate leadership, communication and technical expertise.

What you will be responsible for
- Take responsibility for the quality of client service & contracted deliverables to assigned client(s)
- Maintain understanding of client SLA provisions and relevant KPIs to ensure delivery of high quality of client service
- Ensure that Key Performance Indicators are produced and dispatched as required.
- Perform and/or monitor quality and internal controls for all client deliverables
- Identify opportunities to improve, grow and develop client relationships
- Take ownership of internal and client driven projects and change initiatives including fund and share class launches and terminations.
- Identify issues and problems in service delivery and carry out necessary corrective action, keeping team and AVP informed of issue. Record the issue in an issues log and drive resolution.
- Participate in the development, testing and implementation of new systems and products.
- Set and maintain standards of personal and professional performance/behaviour
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients, third parties and colleagues, communicating effectively through formalised reporting and ad hoc liaison.
- Manage client service reviews, due diligence and onsite visits.
- Ensure effective logging and resolution of enquiries and liaise with appropriate parties to resolve/ escalate queries / problems within agreed timescales.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting or Finance or Business related area (minimum 2.2 honors degree)
- Minimum of 4-8 years in a management capacity with related financial services or investment operations experience
- Multi disciplined with strong project management skills combined with an aptitude for embracing innovation and new ways of conducting business and improving processes
- Demonstrated record of leading others to achieve goals
- Very strong relationship management with demonstrated ability to work across business lines
