As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.

 

Job purpose 

The Risk & Compliance Officer is there to make sure TMF Group policies, standards and regulatory requirements are appropriately implemented and consistently applied in the organisation.

 

Key responsibilities 

  • Supporting TMF France in Risk and Compliance related activities and projects;
  • Keeping up to date with relevant Anti -Money Laundering legislation and Group’s Know Your Client (KYC) internal policies;
  • Conducting KYC checks and assist in periodic review of client files ensuring due diligence documentation is in order;
  • Supporting the Team in sustaining ongoing internal and external audits;
  • Conducting Enterprise Risk Management reviews;
  • Supporting the Team with development, implementation and adaptation of Group and local Policies;
  • Updating internal compliance database and administration according to Group procedures and deadlines;
  • Liaising with TMF Group Compliance Officers and Operational Risk and Compliance Team members;
  • Providing compliance advice and support to all the staff, including thorough the performance of periodic trainings;
  • Drives improvements in compliance awareness through the evaluation of needs, training and development;
  • Other administrative support and coordination with teams according to instructions of the local Team

  

Key requirements:  

  • previous experience in a similar area;
  • Excellent knowledge of English and French (read, write and speak);
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office;
  • Pragmatic and pro-active, service-minded attitude;
  • Able to work in stressful situations;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Rigorous and organized;
  • High integrity - trustworthy, dependable and able to deal with confidentially
