As Senior Complaints Analyst you have the oversight of European policyholder complaints.

Our client is an international insurance/ reinsurance company.

Description

As Senior Complaints Analyst you are responsible for overseeing complaints for European based clients.

You register and monitor complaints to permanently have an up to date track record of open items.

You work closely with brokers to make sure clients are being handled appropriately and provide guidances to support.

You constantly review procedures and guidelines to formulate recommendations if you find inconsistencies.

Profile

You have Master in Economics or in law.

You are perfectly fluent in ENG.

You have the ability to remain calm in all circumstances and communicate with diplomacy.

You can deal with tight deadlines and manage high volumes of inflow.
