Description
Reporting to the CFO, you are expected to:
- Handle liquidity management, and maintain the group's both short-term and long-term liquidity and financial stability (loans, debts, etc)
- Cash flow management and forecast
- Manage risks and save costs by analyzing market data and providing solutions
- Maintain good relationships with banks and be the key contact to maintain bank relationships
- Lead the team and maintain daily treasury operations
- Participate in M&A projects and provide suggestions on funding
Profile
- Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Member of HKICPA or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum 10 years of relevant treasury experience in in-house firms
- Experience in handling all-rounded treasury as well as M&A deals
- Lead team experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
