  • Strong communication skills - able to communicate effectively key messages with stakeholders, have an adaptive style and influence outcomes.
  • Ideally you will have substantial experience in the navigation of a range of systems, tools and ways of reporting to obtain information that is meaningful and able to be compared.
  • Contribute to develop appropriate and engaging presentations of regular performance reports and present findings to leadership groups and business stakeholders to drive performance and continuous improvement
Key Knowledge and Experience
  • Appropriate tertiary qualification or relevant, equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in management reporting, budgeting & forecasting, and business partnering to executive management.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal, ability to influence at all levels of the organisation
Highly Desirable Knowledge
  • A demonstrated knowledge of SAP and reporting tools (Calumo/Cognos/TM1) would be highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in finance business partner role within an NSW Government entity.
  • Membership of, or working towards membership of, an Australian professional accounting body
