ACCOUNTANT

Full Job Description

Manage to full spectrum of accounting functions, including but not limited to account closing, financial reports and analysis.
Prepare report and monthly analysis for frozen department
Handle, analyse and reconcile and record year end stock balances in Auto count and check the variances between physical stock take and stock balances in accounting system.
Reconcile inter-co transaction by monthly to ensure inter-co balances are accurate.
Reconcile bank statement and creditors statement every month.
Reconcile and record merchant transactions into auto count system for all outlets everymonth
Reconcile and record all transactions related to payroll based on accrual basis
Check Creditors Ageing, Debtors Ageing and do the necessary
Reconcile cash report in system vs actual cash in hand which is related to cash sales of the company
Record all transaction related to general ledger such as cash sales, expenses and monitor all the payment to supplier made by clerk.
Proper filing system.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents and other statutory bodies to ensure timeline submission and full compliance with regulatory requirements
Perform other job functions and other ad-hoc task as assigned by manager.

Job Requirements:

Experience in handling full set of accounts and strong knowledge in financial reporting
Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Good skills in Microsoft Excell
Experience in handling Auto Count system is an added advantage
Bachelors degree in Accounting or professional qualification will be added advantage
