Key responsibilities:

  • HRIS data creation, changes, terminations.
  • Processing of leave/claims/timesheet/attendance/CPF/income tax/statutory leave claims submissions.
  • Manage the employee hotline/support enquiries (e.g.: password reset, system login issues, etc.)
  • Documentations such as Work Instruction, Payroll Calendar, Trusted Source, Change Requests, etc.
  • Generation of reports, tracking of timeline.
  • Filing and record retention/retrieval/archival.

Department Administration

  • Creation, updates of department/client data/KYC documents.
  • Update TMF reporting tools and data worksheets (Masterlist, ViewPoint, CRN, etc.)
  • Reports generation (track, update, maintain, etc.)
  • Filing and record retention/retrieval/archival.
  • Completion of timesheets in accurate and timely manner. Ensure team members complete timesheets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Department Administration – Banking (if assigned)

  • Manage the bank accounts opened for clients which includes creation and maintenance of access, bank tokens, bank accounts.
  • Monitor and track the bank balance, and provide monthly report to finance.

Job specific requirements

  • Diploma in Business, HR or Accountancy disciplines (if supporting delivery of client services).
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in administrative functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English
  • Highly meticulous and organized
