Upon graduation, promising candidates will have a chance to join our development programs. Our development programs have combined the best of both worlds, providing the various experiences in Finance and the hands-on experience of working in a corporate environment. The programs consist of finance rotational assignments and a significant academic focus to build solid finance, accounting and business skills. It is also an opportunity to fast-track your career to become future finance and accounting leaders in Dell.

The interns will have the opportunity to work on various projects in global business operations finance, product development finance, supply chain and logistics finance, dell financial services and put their financial acumen into practice

You will also be responsible for the following:

• End to end project/analysis management
• Creating a framework for the project, gather data, analyze data, discuss with team members, develop recommendations and present to senior leadership
• Learn about Dell business as much as you can and discuss your thoughts with the manager
• Bring and teach the team-members something new (which is unique to you)
• Assist in the preparation of monthly or weekly financial reports

Other requirements:

• The interns must have knowledge of the basic principles and practices of accounting and financial analysis
• Must be able to collect, evaluate and interpret data, in both statistical and narrative form
• Should have good written and oral communication skills
• Other skills required are related to problem solving, entering and verifying data, working knowledge of MS Office
• CGPA of 3.4 or higher
• Leadership qualities with involvement in University activities
