As Interim FP&A Manager, you will be required to lead all aspects of financial planning, consolidation, analysis of the businesses budgets and long-term forecasts.

Our Bristol based, FMCG client, is looking to source an Interim FP&A Manager to cover a period of maternity (12 month initial contract with possible additional extension) in their high performing finance function.
Description
The FP&A Manager leads all aspects of financial planning, consolidation, analysis of the budgets and long-term forecasts. This involves having a thorough understanding of the business across the region in order to explain the evolution of the financial plan as well as playing an important role in the 5-year strategic planning process. The role maintains and develops the budget, processes, timetable systems and reporting.Profile
- A qualified accountant with knowledge of UK Accounting.
- Leading the annual budget, quarterly forecasting and strategic planning processes
- Own the budget timetable, liaise with the Group Finance to agree key deadlines and targets. Communicate the process with internal stakeholders
- Own the consolidation of planning, analyse, review and challenge to deliver top-down targets
- Experience of working with major IT systems
- Experience of international reporting, multi-currency implications and distribution operations
- Forecasting FX exposure and explaining variances at period ends
- Reviewing of balance sheet forecast foreign exchange risk & partnering with Group Treasury to propose appropriate hedging activity to minimise FX exposure
