Client Details

Our client is a US FMCG Group with multiple brands trending in the market. They have set-up a new APAC headquarter in Hong Kong and would like to build a FP&A team for their business planning and strategy in the APAC market. Therefore, they are looking for a high calibre candidate to join their team as the future core store for the company finance.

Description

• Support of in daily and project business with focus on strategic and organisational matters in international environment.
• Responsible for planning, coordination, preparation and moderation of meetings with country organisations, department heads, Regional Management Teams and General Management
• Responsible for developing strategic concepts and recommendation to further drive group sales and commercial strategy
• Accountable for specific sales related projects incl. required desk research. Also supporting broader sales strategic project teams
• Preparation and assistance in making speeches and public presentations
• Responsible for regularly developing presentations, reports for Supervisory Board, Executive Board etc. Responsible for designing a Group sales cockpit.
• Support continuous cost and revenue management with own analysis
• Responsible for watching market and business trends and deriving recommendations for strategic actions. Global competitor and customer profiling.
