It is an organisation who constantly strives and is dedicated to excellence and there is now an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Business Compliance Manager for 6+3 months.

about the job

Reporting to the Head of International Compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring the end to end regulatory licensing compliance. You will drive operational excellence, strengthen internal controls and establish best practices to ensure strong governance to statutory and corporate standards.

skills and experience required

You should ideally be degree qualified with at least 5 years of relevant compliance experience. Candidates from the Big 4, (at least 8 years of experience) preferably with fintech clients are also welcome to apply. Candidates from previous banking background are also welcome to apply. You are someone who is a quick-learner and independent to work under minimal supervision.You are also dynamic and adaptable to a fast paced environment and are very organised.
