Consultant- Compliance & Outsourcing

The candidate should have a strong background in finance function management and understand financial reporting requirement. The candidate should be able to deliver and manage assigned task and responsibilities with stringent delivery timelines and should be open to learning and exploring new areas of expertise

Responsible for recording and managing the day-to-day bookkeeping activities as per below details:

• Day to day transactions related to accounts payable, account receivable and employee reimbursement
• Daily banking transactions & periodic bank reconciliations
• Intercompany transactions & reconciliation
• Inventory accounting
• Fixed assets register & related accounting
• Monthly accruals and provisions
• Periodic closure of books of accounts
• Maintenance of proper filing of documents
• Statutory tax payments- TDS returns and GST returns
• Work closely with seniors to execute client and internal assignments
• Preparing of predefined and need based Management reports
• Preparation of IGAAP compliant financial statements and interaction with auditors
• Expense recording
• Accounts Payable and Receivable

Desired Profile:

• 2-3 years of finance function experience
• B.com/M.com/MBA/CA Inter/ CA Final
• Accounting Software -TallyERP/ SAP/Navision/Oracle EBS or any other accounting ERP
• Good knowledge of MS office (Excel/Word)
• Good knowledge of accounting processes – O2C, P2P and R2R
• Good knowledge of accounting and financial reporting and related rules and regulations (Income-tax Act, Companies Laws, GST etc.)
