Description
Senior Collections Specialist responsibilities include:
- Delivery of all collections, processes and strategies
- Use of objection handling strategies to overcome customers objections resulting from collections contact
- Escalation of cases to the legal team when required
- Managing day to day relationships with debt collection agencies, providing direction and guidance to third-party agencies
- Ensure service quality, apply service standards and actively chase targets within the collections process
Profile
The candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar debt collection or recovery role in a high contact environment - Desirable
- Basic understanding of collection techniques and processes - Desirable
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail - Required
- Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system - Required
- Ability to take initiative and be able to prioritise workloads - Required
Job Offer
