A leading player in the retail industry, it provides world-class merchandise and is one of the fastest growing retailers. As part of the expansion plans in their local operations, they are currently looking for a Finance Manager.

about the job

As a key finance support to the GM, you will be responsible for Asia's financial controlling activities with reporting back to the US HQ. Leading the accounting team, you will manage month-end closing matters and review monthly management accounts to ensure accurate management reporting, group financial reporting, analyzing variances, budgeting and forecasting activities. You will liaise with tax and audit agents to ensure statutory compliance.

skills and experience required

You should ideally have a Degree in Accounting and have at least 6 years of relevant working experience doing full sets of accounts. You are a proven people manager, enjoy working in a fast paced environment and in a decision making capacity. You should be proficient in Microsoft Dynamics AX/ACCPAC/Microsoft Office. You are comfortable working in the East.
