Summary:

Responsible for Cash Flow Financial Planning & Analysis activities across the EMEA region.

The job holder is a key member of the EMEA FP&A COE & will interact on a regular basis with multiple stakeholders from VP to local country finance level. Proactively seeks business insight from in depth analysis to support Finance Leadership in overall financial outlook and decision making.

What will you be doing?

  • Leading and driving cash flow Plan/Forecast cycle across EMEA region using analytics, trend analysis and partnering with local country business leaders on understanding unique drivers.
  • Proactively analyzing results and advising management on business and financial decisions/issues.
  • Preparing month end variance analysis & investigation to understand key business dynamics.
  • Preparing & presenting Cluster/Regional financial results to Senior Finance Leadership on a monthly basis.
  • Developing a deep understanding of drivers of cash flows in each country within the region and developing and monitoring areas for cash generation improvement and forecasting accuracy.
  • Partnering with Global Delivery Centre on reporting improvements.
  • Taking part, contributing & influencing local/global improvement projects.
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and decisions as required.
  • Leading global cash flow initiatives as it relates to cash generation improvement, forecasting analytics, foreign exchange and overall cash visibility.

Who are we looking for?

  • CPA/CA/MBA preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • 3-5+ years relevant experience in similar industry for multinational company is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical/problem solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Clear and concise written/verbal communication.
  • Good leadership skills and sound business judgment.
  • High Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and ability to learn/leverage on digital tools.
  • Full proficiency in English
