Role: Trainee Accountant

We are looking for driven individuals to join our international finance team. During your training, you will study ACCA, and this combined with your hands on experience, will enable you to become a fully qualified accountant.
As a Trainee Accountant you will be responsible for:
- In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the production of monthly management accounts, ensuring their accuracy and reliability.
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts including P&L analysis and commentary
- Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Identifying and posting of accruals and prepayments
- Weekly bank reconciliations for GBP, EUR and USD bank accounts
- Completion of the monthly and quarterly national statistic forms
- Supporting the Supervisor and Management Accountant with monthly commentary files and quarterly reporting packs
- Preparing and posting payroll journals
- Maintaining robust controls and processes
We do have minimum expectations we need you to fulfill to join the team, these are:
- 2 years' accounts experience at a transactional level
- Drive and ambitious to become a fully qualified member of the team
